  Grievance Form (RP-524)

 

Grievance Day is Tuesday, May 27, 2025

4:00 - 8:00 pm at 401 Washington Street (The Activity Center)

 

Grievance form (RP-524) must be submitted to the Assessor's office by May 27, 2025

and should include supporting documentation.

We will not accept grievance forms by fax or e-mail

Appointments are strongly recommended if you intend to appear

before the Board of Assessment Review. Appearance not necessary for complaint to be considered by the Board.
